Zen Transcendence Massage is a professional massage therapy service that aims to create a safe and relaxing atmosphere to help you unwind and relieve the stress of the day. The name represents the idea of rising above what is limiting us and finding true relaxation. Massage is just one of the many ways to help our minds and bodies tap into these qualities and traits within us. I believe in creating a space where my clients can unwind and let go of their stress as much as possible. 

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I will create personalized treatment plans for individuals pursuing improved well-being as well as for those seeking a day of pampering. As a Registered Nurse, I've gained a wealth of knowledge in caring for people with diverse needs. I believe that everyone deserves access to the benefits of massage therapy, and I am dedicated to offering compassionate, holistic care to all of my clients, no matter their background or care need. 

It is very important for me to assist each client on their self-care journey as they discover how their bodies may be trying to speak to them. The mind-body connection is the link between a person’s thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes and their physical health. It means that our mental state can affect how healthy our body is, and vice versa. The mind-body connection implies that our body, energy, and mentality are in balance and cooperating.
